Uptime promises backed by a bond: validators read the provider's incident page and a fixed formula credits every covered customer.

The provider writes its SLA, names the hosts where it publishes incidents and stakes a bond. Customers pay the price; it goes straight to the provider.
After a UTC day with an outage, any covered customer files the provider's own incident page. Validators extract the facts, not a payout.
A fixed formula turns minutes into a credit for every customer covered that day, reserved from the bond and withdrawn by each customer.
